5 mins a day
I often hear “I’m so busy, I don’t really have time for any self care”. Without realising, that sometimes all it takes is 5 mins a day or a once a week class, to keep to energised, reduce stress and give your mind and body some time out. I believe in ‘keeping it simple’. It literally takes 5 minutes to create a change in self. When you better manage self, you are better equipped to manage everything else that comes your way.
Some ideas on where you can find 5 mins during your day.
First thing in the morning.
Before going to bed.
When waiting for the kids in the school car park.
Waiting for an appointment.
After you’ve eaten lunch.
